US Shipping

 

Our shipping is conducted exclusively through USPS Priority Mail. Please allow up to 4 days for order verification processes. Once verified, your order will typically be shipped within 2-3 business days. You will receive a USPS tracking number upon order shipment for easy tracking of your package's delivery status.

 

Lost and Stolen Packages

 

JankyMisfits cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been shipped and a USPS tracking number has been provided to the customer. It is imperative that customers provide accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. In the unfortunate event of a lost or stolen package, we recommend contacting your local USPS office for further assistance.

 

Returns and Order Modifications

 

All purchases and sales made through JankyMisfits are considered final. We do not accept returns, size changes, or cancellations for orders placed more than 4 days prior. Should you wish to cancel your order within this timeframe, please reach out to us via email at jankmisfits@gmail.com.

 

Order Verification and Identification

 

In certain cases where an order is flagged for security purposes, we may require proof of identification to validate the order. This additional step ensures the security and legitimacy of transactions, and we appreciate your cooperation in such instances.

 

Incorrect Items Received

 

If you receive an incorrect size or product, we apologize for the inconvenience and are more than happy to assist you. Please contact us promptly so we can resolve the issue and ensure you receive the correct item.
